We loved this hotel's people and the food. Breakfast had a huge variety of options, including pancakes, eggs, bacon and scrambled eggs.

The best ever weekend that we spend celebrating our birthdays and visit our family. We did not want to leave so we stayed on. Thanks for the staff for their excellent services all around. They were friendly, helpful and our room were spacious , clean but breakfast is something else. Thank you again for everything that you have provided during our stay, we will come back again and again.
None whatsoever

Well appointed hotel with very nice lobby/bar/dining area in a large atrium with rooms surrounding it. Very comfortable suite.
Telephone and alarm clock were not working, which was inconvenient, but they responded quickly to fix them.
-
valuable price.good bed.
air noise from the main door.

Staff was excellent. We got out of the ordinary services and I have already complimented the staff member who was especially helpful. Breakfast was great and the location near the airport really makes it convenient.
-
Great hotel for sharing with friend when we come to portland for competitions and can't beat breakfast deal.
It would be better if the rate was about $30 less as then it would be more competitive to the other hotels in the area. Also the breakfast was cold which was the first time that was a problem.

Embassy Suites is a great value for the level of cleanliness and comfort. With cooked-to-order breakfast included, for a family of four, it is cheaper than a regular hotel.
Breakfast choices were a little bit more limited at this hotel than at some Embassy Suites. No cooked-to-order or self-cook waffles, for instance, and no cereal bar. Also, I was under the impression that the hotel was nearly adjacent to the MAX station (Mt. Hood), but it is about a 7-minute walk across a parking lot and then down a road with a sidewalk. Certainly doable, but you should be aware if extensive MAX use is part of your plan.

Had very short stay for travel purpose. Would like to have stayed longer. The staff was wonderful!

This is a beautiful hotel that my family has always stayed at; the rooms are large and luxurious, and the breakfast was something to rave about with so many choices. Mostly, the staff and people like Lisa Miller make staying there so comfortable. I truly find staying there a great experience and cannot think of one thing I did not appreciate about the hotel or the staff. A very friendly and welcoming group of people right down the line make for such a pleasant stay.

The skylights in the lobby leaked during the rainstorm and water buckets were sitting everywhere

Lobby and large rooms
Room seemed dirty and smelled like cat urine. Needed new carpet.
-
Pleasant atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great family area for snack time... the games and puzzles big hit.
-
Wonderful staff, room was perfect with the right amount of space. Sunset was beautiful!
Breakfast was served until 0730, I was up and ready at 0600. Not a big deal though, I toughed it out with the coffee they had made and a muffin:)

Guy at omelet station.
Charged for pretty much everything. No wifi? Really? Really? ... Really!?!? Now days even Home Depot has wifi. Times have changed, embassy suites has not Honestly parking $10 is most likely to regulate park and fliers but, hotel patrons should not have to pay for parking.

The shower was amazing, along with the snack choices they had in the room.
I booked a room with two beds, but they didn't have it when we got there due to a cruise and over booking.
